Shane Endicott - Lead Coach

Shane Endicott

Lead Coach

The Super Skills studio coaching group is led by Shane Endicott, a former NHL professional who deeply understands the execution, discipline, and mindset required to compete at the game’s highest level. As the driving force behind the Super Skills Elite Hockey Development studio, Shane leads programming at the Super Skills Elite development studio, where advanced, high-impact training is available to all athletes looking to elevate their performance.

Transitioning his extensive playing experience into a passion for mentorship, Shane helped engineer the SSEHD curriculum with a singular, definitive goal: to deliver consistent, high-impact skill development that translates to real, on-ice results for every athlete—from those first step-ins to future stars.

The programs prioritize the mastery of foundational mechanics—focusing heavily on advanced skating efficiency, precise puck control, and high-repetition, situational drills. By breaking down elite-level habits into structured, progressive training blocks, our curriculum ensures that players are not just running drills, but building the muscle memory and hockey IQ necessary to elevate their game.

With top-tier credentials, a relentless dedication to modern developmental strategies, and a true passion for teaching the game, Shane sets the standard for personalized, progress-driven training. Under his leadership, the SSEHD studio coaching staff focuses on maximizing each player's individual potential, fostering a competitive environment where real improvement is both measurable and earned through the Super Skills Elite Hockey Development studio.
